We are hired by teams to assist with their scouting , player personnel research and most importantly to make the time consuming recruiting calls that allows coaches more time to speak with the players they want to retain, break down game film, promote their team within the community , market their previous years top players to the AFL or scout more college games to make lists of players that they want us to contact for the upcoming season. Once the season begins we can recruit the NFL Draft board free agents who get overlooked in April or help replace an injured starter with another top quality player so the team remains strong and healthy for the playoff push. Our player lists consist of players from 3 categories ; 1) Players who were either NFL mini camp/ CFL/NFLE/AFL training camp cut players , 2) players who were listed on NFL Draft boards but went unsigned and
As part of any team player personnel package IFSB will offer it's team film analysis & player evaluation services to any contracted indoor team. This will consist of breaking down game film during the season and recommending player & position upgrades.
Some of our scouts are longtime NFL or CFL players ,coaches or scouts (read staff bios) and are willing to evaluate the top performing indoor players we recommend to them at private evaluation camps before ,during and after the indoor season. A letter of recommendation from one of them can go along way towards opening the right doors for these players.
*Note: Players are selected based on a thorough evaluation process that includes but is not limited to Previous NFL/CFL/AFL camp experience,Current Production, Recent game film & Updated Pro Scouting Reports, Updated testing times, work ethic, character, consistency, Past Production & College Scouting Reports, Previous Draft Board/Positional Rankings, Coaches Recommendation, Scouts Recommendation
PROFESSIONAL UPDATED SCOUTING REPORTS
Some of our scouts work for some of the top NFL Draft sites or were protege's of former NFL scout, Russ Lande and can write updated, in depth 3 game scouting reports on their play. These will help point out areas of strengths and weaknesses and may help to give some clarity as to the reasons the player may have been released by the NFL or bypassed all together. If they make the necessary adjustments and improvements in the indoor game and grade out as either an NFL, CFL or AFL prospect or player in our reports we could share this scouting report information with these respective league's coaches, scouts & personnel executives. This will insure that the player's accomplishments and progress does not go unnoticed and will provide these leagues' decision makers with an updated, credible and accurate source of information about the player which could increase the chances of the player's film getting viewed or private tryout invitations being offered.
(DISCOUNTED RATE or FREE - Determined by the scout that player hires . In depth 3 game scouting reports generally run $75-$100 as an individual service for players but would be discounted to $40-$50 3 game report if any cost at all for any qualified player associated with an IFSB contracted team who has purchased a player personnel package of 4, 5 or 8 roster players )
*Note: All IFSB scouts are independent contractors and IFSB does not receive any monies from any scouting reports written by independent scouts. Players or their agents have sole discretion in deciding if an updated scouting report is right for them and they are responsible for paying any costs to the scout for this service and not the team.
ONLINE PLAYER DATABASE
We will also help any player that we successfully recruit to one of our contracted teams (or any premier player recruited by the team) gain free exposure to NFL, CFL & AFL coaches, scouts and personnel executives by including them in our online player database which is available for free to all the NFL, NFLE & CFL team decision makers. Increasing the likelihood that teams will view their profile & 7-10 min highlight film online all players will be issued a PIN number that they or their agent or team can email to every NFL, CFL , NFLE or AFL team that they are interested in contacting. This will allow team coaches, scouts and personnel executives to view the players profile & film from the comfort of their own computer

If there is serious interest from the NFL then these teams will request complete game films and the player will know that they are not wasting their time and money sending profiles & film to teams that are not looking for their position. In my experience with the CFL & AFL teams I have learned that these coaches & scouts will view highlight film or a series of plays and will offer contracts or extend personal invites based off of this highlight film especially if the player has had sufficient indoor or college football production to back them up. If they ask for complete games then as I said previously the player knows they are speaking with a team who has serious interest in them.

All teams that sign up for our player personnel service will receive FREE access to view Entry Level players in our database

These are players that were not early NFL camp cuts or listed on NFL Draft boards but either attended an IFSB combine or signed up for the database service. These are good players that may have been Div IA backups or small school all Americans. They may also include players with no college experience or players that were spot starters or reserves in college. These may be good players to contact in regards to open team tryouts.All contracted teams will be able to view the names of NFL camp cut players but will not be able to access the players contact info without first contacting IFSB. If the player is available and has not been claimed by another indoor team we will make every effort to contact that player or forward their contact info to the interested team. In the case that a player's services are sought by multiple indoor teams then the player's decision will be the deciding factor.

TEAM TRYOUTS MARKETING
IFSB will assist any contracted team with marketing it's team's open tryouts as part of any team player personnel package or set up and run a combine for any non contracted team

UNLIMITED TEAM SCOUTING CONSULTATION
IFSB will provide unlimited consultation to any contracted team and will discuss any prospects of interest to the contracted team including but not limited to Draft board ranking, scouting reports and sign ability so the contracted team can operate and recruit players with the highest efficiency.

RECRUITMENT OF TEAM PROSPECT LIST
Any team can do their own scouting and submit to IFSB a list of players they know they would like to contact and sign. IFSB will do the research to the best of it's abilities to locate and contact this player for the contracted team and assist with the recruitment of this player if asked to do so. Any players that IFSB successfully recruits
to contracted team who makes the active roster will count towards the 5 or 8 player allotment agreed "official proposal"

ADDITIONAL TRAINING CAMP ROSTER SPOTS
We will provide any contracted team with up to 10 training camp players with the purchase of a 5 premier player personnel season package and up to 15 training camp players with the purchase of an 8 premier player personnel season package. These training camp players would include players from both the premier and entry level prospect categories.

INDIVIDUAL PLAYER SCOUTING , MARKETING & PLACEMENT SERVICES FOR ENTRY LEVEL PLAYERS
In addition to providing premier player personnel for select indoor teams , IFSB also offers individual player placement & marketing services to entry level indoor players.These players could include Div IA, IAA college backups, Div IA reserves , part time starters or semi pro All Stars who our scouts believe would be good indoor players and are worth taking a "flier" on with an invite to training camp but need marketing assistance to get on the radar screen of the pro indoor teams and guidance to insurance they get in a situation to be able to maximize their talents.Players that pay the activation fee receive FREE entry into our online player database, assistance with player profile creation & editing. Player also gets tryout fees waived or partially waived for ONE Pro Indoor team tryout.
(COST: Negotiable between the player , his agent representative and our marketing & recruiting specialist/league analyst the player or his agent hires but usually involves a small upfront fee to get started making phone calls and a one-time placement fee if the player makes a team's active roster.
